1862 James Williams Patent Shot Co carrying on business as manufactures of sheet lead, leaden pipes and patent shot at Radcliff Hill and Cheese Lane was dissolved. Signed by James Williams, Thomas Somers, William M. Mackreth and Arthur William Pitt Bush. Immediately following is the Shot House, Radcliff Hill and the Rolling Mills, Cheese Lane together with the stock of the above company are to continue under the name of Sheldon, Bush and Patent Shot Co. Signed by Thomas Sheldon, William Arthur Pitt Bush and Elliott Armstrong. [1]
