1899 Incorporated as James T. Anderson and Sons Limited.[1]

1914 Established 55 years ago by James T. Anderson. Incorporated as a Limited Company in 1899. Directors: Jas. T. Anderson (Managing Director), Donald Anderson, E. Caird Anderson, G. H. Wheeler. Was originally established in Lime Street and Sherborne Lane, City. The business of M. Ledger and Son, of Leadenhall Street, was taken over in 1886, and that of Marendaz and Fisher, of James Street, Covent Garden, Russian Mat Importers, in 1898.

1937 The company went into voluntary liquidation.[2]
