1776 Born at Wooburn the son of Harry Pegg and his wife Mary Rance
1798 July 25th. Married at Wooburn to Elizabeth Fellows.[1]
1799 June 6th. Baptised at Wooburn his son William Pegg (1799-1874)
1827 Bankrupt. '... a Commission of Bankrupt, is awarded and issued forth against James Pegg, of Wooburn, in the County of Buckingham, Paper-Maker, Miller, Dealer and Chapman...'[2] [3]

1833 August 15th. Died. 'Mr. James Pegg, stationer, Oxford-street, Reading, was taken suddenly ill on his journey from that town to Wooburn, on Thursday se’nnight, and died at Great Marlow on the same evening'[5]
