1837 Sale Notice: 'Large New Iron Water Wheel, Two other Water Wheels, Fifteen Rag Engines, Seven Hydraulic Presses, Too Screw Presses; Three Paper-making Machinses, Two Calenders, &c., Bankrupt's Effects, without reserve, ansd exempt from duty.
BY MR. T. M. FISHER, (By order of the assignees of James Lomax, a bankrupt), on Monday the 7th day of August next, at the Paper Mill), Creams, Little Lever, near Bolton: The valuable MACHINERY, comprising one large iron water wheel, (not quite finished, but with all the materials necessary to do so,) 16ft. diameter, 14ft. wide, 2ft. shrouds; one iron water wheel, 9ft. 6in. diameter, 6 ft. wide, 9in. shrouds ; one wood ditto, 9ft. diameter, 3 ft. 6in. wide, 9in shrouds; ....
