'THE Creditors of James Elmes, formerly of Charlotte-Street, Portland-Place, afterwards of the Terrace, Hammersmith, and also of Carlton-Chambers, Regent-Street, then of Walham-Green, Fulham, all in Middlesex, and of Walbrook-Buildings, London, then of South Island-Place, Brixton-Road, Surrey, Surveyor and Civil-Engineer, and lastly of Childs-Place, Temple-Bar, London aforesaid, Surveyor, an Insolvent Debtor, who was lately discharged from the Debtors Prison for London and Middlesex, in the City of London,...'[2]
