'...Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Joseph Beardshaw and Thomas Styring Beardshaw, as File and Steel Manufacturers, under the firm of J. and T. S. Beardshaw, and carried on at Diamond Works, Hollis Croft, in the parish of Sheffield, in the county of York, was dissolved, by mutual consent, on the 31st day of December last.
