1862 'NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the CO-PARTNERSHIP heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, Joseph Earnshaw and Tom Earnshaw, as Millwrights, at Spa Works, Lockwood, near Hudderefield, in the county of York, under the firm of "J. and T. Earnshaw," has this day been DISSOLVED by mutual consent, as from the 6th day of December instant, and tbat all Debts due to and owing by the said Partnership will be received and paid by the said Joseph Earnshaw. Dated this 12th day of December, 1862.'[1]
