1931 'Boston’s three fruit and vegetable canning factories, operated by Messrs J. and J. Beaulah, Ltd., Lincolnshire Products, Ltd., and Lincolnshire Canners, Ltd., are all making rapid strides and have plans for future developments by which Boston will become one of the great canning centres of England. [1]

1945 Acquired by United Canners Ltd[2] but operated as an entirely separate entreprise[3]

1945 Wilfred B. Beaulah, the governing director of J. and J. Beaulah. Ltd. will join the board of United Canners.[4]

1962 Acquired by Lockwoods Foods.[5]
