1831 Partnership dissolved. '...the Copartnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, James Willis Timmins, and Samuel Timmins, as Factors and Brass-Founders, at Birmingham, in the County of Warwick, (trading under the firm of J. W. and S. Timmins), was this day dissolved by mutual consent; and that the said trades will in future be carried on by each of the said parties on his own separate account...'[1]
