1917 J. T. Inglis and Sons Limited was incorporated as a private company, with capital of £50,000, to take over the business carried on in Dundee under the firm name of J. T. Inglis & Sons, and to carry on business as manufacturers of and general merchants in wholesale and retail textile fabrics.[1] The subscribers were John Campbell Low, George Bonar, and John Campbell Low, Junior, merchants and manufacturers, 63 King Street, Dundee.[2]

2006 The company went into administration.[3]

2014 The company was finally dissolved, by which time its name had changed to JTI Realisations Limited.[4]
