J. Stanley Wolff, Member, who was a son of the late John F. Wolff, served his apprenticeship at Messrs. Workman, Clarke and Co., at Belfast. He afterwards joined the London, Brighton and South Coast Railway.

He joined his father’s firm of Messrs. J. F. Wolff and Co, Ltd., at a later date, afterwards becoming a director.

At the time of his death, which took place in May, 1933, at the age of 54, he was chairman and joint managing director of the above firm.
