Presumably this was the business of Julius Kohnstam (b.1873 in Bavaria) who was a merchant in toys and fancy goods[1].

1920s The business was established in London in early 1920s.

Post-WWII: Helped launch Lesney Products (Matchbox Toys). [2]

1947 Listed Exhibitor - British Industries Fair. Manufacturers of Dolls, Dolls Furniture, Dolls Houses, Dolls Perambulators, Musical Toys, Forts, Farms, Rattles, Soldiers, Tops. (Olympia, 2nd Floor, Stand No. J.2237) [3]

Presumably later connected with the Moko firm of Moses Kohnstam which distributed products for Lesney.
