PENMAN & SON, carrying on business as Coachbuilders at Castle-Douglas, has been DISSOLVED, as at the 8th day of February 1907, by mutual consent, by the retiral therefrom of the Subscriber James Black Penman, one of the Partners. The Business will continue to be carried on by the Subscriber Maxwell Penman on his own account, and under the same name of J. B. PENMAN & SON...'[1]
