1958 Miroslav Sigmund set up a new company, International Boilers and Radiators Ltd, to market the new range of Thermopak pumps, manufactured by his main company Sigmund Pumps, and to make slimline pressed steel radiators.[1]
1961 Appointment to the company's board[2]. Booker Brothers, McConnell and Co had started the company as an adjunct to Sigmund Pumps, to provide an outlet for their smaller accelerator pumps designed for central heating systems [3]
1962 Was making central heating equipment, using equipment from Sigmund Pumps another subsidiary of Booker Brothers, McConnell and Co[4]
1962 Introduced Gas-Pak for gas fired central heating package deal on supply and installation.
1964 Introducd Oil-Pak for oil fired central heating. Acquired Delmore Heating[5].

1967 Merged into a jointly owned company with Powell Duffryn Heating[7]
