1914 Obituary 
HUGH VAUGHAN HART-DAVIS was born on 25th July 1883.
He was educated at Rugby School and later at the University of Cambridge, where he matriculated and followed a year's course of the Engineering Tripos.
He returned to Messrs. Fraser and Chalmers in 1908, and in October of that year was appointed mechanical engineer to the Clifton Kersley Colliery Co. near Manchester.
His death took place after an accident on 17th July 1914, in his thirty-first year.
He was elected a Graduate of this Institution in 1906, and an Associate Member in 1908.
