1900 Company incorporated, to acquire the business now carried on at two shops in Police Street and Commercial Street, Brighouse, and at the cycle and machinery works in Police Street, Brighouse, by J. H. Hoyle, G. H. Hoyle, and W. Hoyle under the style of Hoyle Brothers, and to carry on the business of cycle manufacturers and repairers, motor car and cycle agents, &c. The first directors are J. H. Hoyle, W. Hoyle, G. Skinner, G. H. Hoyle, and J. Robertshaw.[1]
