1968 A subsidiary of John Hoskyns and Co, Hoskyns Systems Management, launched a project to support computerisation of small and middle sized companies[1]

1969 Formed Hoskyns Corporate Studies to handle management studies[2]

1988 A 69 percent stake was acquired by Plessey Co from Martin Marietta of USA[3]

1990 The Plessey stake was acquired by CGS from GEC Siemens[4]
