1966 Hopkinsons Ltd was incorporated

1974 Hopkinsons Holdings acquired Bryan Donkin Co, valve makers, from Hanson Trust[1]

1989 Weir Group acquired the Hopkinsons subsidiary of Hopkinsons Holdings[2].

Production was moved to Elland, Yorkshire.

2026 The brand is owned by Trillium Flow Technologies.
