1859 Partnership change. '...the Partnership lately subsisting between us the undersigned, Charles Hives, William Dinsley Skelton, and Joseph Robert Wilkin Atkinson, as Flax Spinners, at Leeds, in the county of York, under the firm of Hives and Atkinson, was, on the 3rd day of March instant, dissolved by mutual consent. All debts due and owing by and to the late firm will be received and paid by the said Charles Hives and William Dinsley Skelton, who will hereafter continue to carry on the said business alone, under the style or firm of Hives and Atkinson...'[1]
