Henry Brown (1862-1929) of Henry Browne and Son; he seems to have used the name Browne around 1900 when he went into business on his own account.

With his wife Oliffe Amelia Brown (age 50 born London City) and two children Elsie Amy brown (age 14 born West Ham), Assistant Compass Dial Painter, and Frank George Brown (age 5 born Brightlingsea).[4]
