HARRY PENN, born 13th September, 1864, died at South Norwood on the 6th December, 1911.

Trained under Messrs. Bryan, Donkin and Company, Bermondsey, he was later successively employed by Messrs. James Simpson and Company, Messrs. J. and H. Gwynne and Messrs. Humphreys, Tennant and Company, in the design of various classes of machinery.

Latterly, however, he relinquished engineering pursuits and associated himself with a business firm.

Mr. Penn was elected an Associate Member of The Institution on the 14th January, 1S90.
