We have learned with regret of the death, recently, of Mr. Harold Barker, manager of the Newcastle upon Tyne office of Babcock and Wilcox, Ltd.

Mr. Barker, who was forty-nine, joined Babcock and Wilcox, Ltd., in 1921 and had had charge of the Newcastle office since 1950. He was a member of the Institute of Fuel.
