AN Iron Forge, situate in Halliwell, near Bolton, in the County of Lancaster , with the Cranes, Hammers, Utensils, and Implements thereto belonging, being capable of working all Kinds of large Iron Work.
Also the Buildings and Grounds lately occupied therewith by Thomas Sefton.
