1970 G. N. Haden and Sons consolidated its electrical and mechanical engineering activities,including Troughton and Young, in a new subsidiary, Haden Young[1]

1971 Group name changed to Haden Carrier[2]

1971 All divisions of Haden Carrier were performing well except the electrical side of Haden Young[3]

1985 Subsidiaries included[4]:

1986 BICC acquired the Building Services division of Haden Carrier

2000 BICC changed its name to Balfour Beatty plc; Haden Young was a subsidiary of Haden Building Services Ltd, which was a subsidiary of Balfour Beatty plc.

2010 Power Transmission Ltd changed its name to Haden Young Ltd
