1965. Announcement of company formation.

of Great West Road, Brentford, Middx

1965 As a result of the formation of Siemens (United Kingdom), Siemens-Schuckert Co (Great Britain) changed its name to Hackbridge-Faraday Electrics Ltd (see advert).

The Hackbridge name was presumably aspirational as another company, Hackbridge Holdings held the Siemens name in the UK.

1968 Allen West and Co acquired Hackbridge-Faraday Electronics of Brentford from GEC-AEI.[1]
