1928 Company incorporated. Mr. Rayner was appointed by the H. K. Mulford Co., of Philadelphia, to form an English subsidiary, to be known as H. K. Mulford Ltd., and to be its managing director.[1]

1930 Name changed to Sharp and Dohme Ltd
