Guest, Keen and Co

From Graces Guide

On 9th July 1900, the Dowlais Iron Company, Guest and Co both associated with Lord Wimborne, and the Patent Nut and Bolt Co, chaired by Arthur Keen, merged to form Guest, Keen and Co [1]. The company was registered[2]

1901 Listed as Guest, Keen and Co (formerly the Patent Nut and Bolt Co) of Birmingham and the Cwmbran Ironworks. [3]

Acquired Crawford Brothers[4]

1901 1st AGM held [5]

1902 Nettlefolds was acquired to create Guest, Keen and Nettlefolds. [6]

1920 June, acquired the business of Bayliss, Jones and Bayliss.[7]
