Lot 1. - All those Highly important FREEHOLD IRON and STEEL WORKS, together with the GOODWILL and TRADE MARKS belonging thereto, situate as above, and comprising, FORGES, MERCHANT, GUIDE AND SHEET MILLS. with Puddling and Ball Furnaces, two Forge Trains, two Steam Hammers and Metal Helve; 16in. Merchant Mill, 10in. Guide Mill, and four Heating Furnaces, the whole driven by three High Pressure Engines, connected with 16 Boilers. The Plant is in full work. and capable of rolling bars from 1in to 12in wide, rounds and squares, from 1/2in in to 4in; Angles, Tees, Channels, Boat Guards, and a large variety of other Sections, Axle iron, Gun iron. &c.
