1926 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned, Henry James Glover and Hubert Walter Glover, carrying on business as Electrical Engineers and General Machinists, at Windsor-street, in the city of Coventry under the style or firm of Glover Brothers, has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the thirty-first day of December, 1925. All debts due and owing to or by the said late, firm will be received or paid by the said Hubert Walter Glover, and such business will be carried on in the future by the said Hubert Walter Glover alone...'[1]
