1908 Founded by M. M. Gillespie and Morton Beales.

1913 Issued a Leaflet dealing with Goulds Triplex, Centrifugal and Special Power Pumps. Pumps for Mines, General Water Supply, Reservoirs, Oil Pipe Lines, Vacuum and Stuff Pumps and Pumps for Hydraulic Accumulators, Thick Liquids, Ammonia Liquor etc.[1]

1914 Were appointed sole selling agents to the Corporations of Great Britain by Charles Macintosh and Co of Manchester for their solid motor traction tires.[2]

1924 Mr M. M. Gillespie was a director.[3]
