'... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Albert Charles Gill and William Ernest Bass (carrying on business as Lace Manufacturers, at 4, Stoney-street, Nottingham, under the style or firm of Gill and Bass, has been dissolved as from the 1st day of December, 1898, by mutual consent.
