1873 Proceedings for Liquidation by Arrangement or Composition with Creditors, instituted by William Gilbert and William Cooper, of the borongh of Kingston-upon-Hull, trading there under the firm of Gilbert and Cooper, as IronFounders, Iron Ship Builders, and Engineers.[1]

Presumably succeeded by Cooper and Co
