1912 Furness, Withy and Co purchased George Warren's White Diamond Steamship Co

1912 A new company, George Warren and Co. (Liverpool) Ltd was formed.

1912 Incorporated as a limited company.

1914 Steamship owners and cargo and passenger carriers. [1]

1922 Name changed to Warren Line (Liverpool) Limited

1934 they took over the Johnston Line and Neptune Steam Navigation Co to form the Johnston-Warren Line.

1947 Known as the Furness-Warren Line.
