1871 George Phillips 65, Principal of Inland Revenue Laboratorium, Somerset House, lived in Islington with Hannah Phillips 40 and his Step Daughter Louisa White 18[3]

1877 Died in Islington; his executors were Richard Bannister and Henry James Helm, both analytical chemists of the Laboratory, Somerset House[4]
