Career: Central Northern Railway. extensions, Argentine; had entire charge of Los Colorados Section; Reconnaissance Surveys for Trans-Andean Railway.; Surveys and Construction Hill Rly., India; also Hill Grove-Burliar Section of Nilgiri Mountain Railway.; made special Reconnaissances for Sir F. Upcott for West Coast Railway. extensions and developments; Res.
