1853 Mention as George Davy Richardson, of London Road Terrace, Carlisle, Timber merchant.[2]

1857 Bankrupt. '...on the 17th day of March 1857, against George Davy Richardson, of the city of Carlisle, in the county of Cumberland, Ironfounder, Dealer and Chapman, and he being declared a bankrupt...'[3] [4]
