1934 Died. ' The funeral of Mr George Davidson, founder of the firm of Messrs. G. Davidson and Sons, Coach Lane, North Shields, took place at North Shields yesterday, the remains being interred at Preston Cemetery. Six members of the working Staff of the firm acted as underbearers, while many business associates of the deceased were present. Principal were: Mr R. A. Davidson, Mr O. T. Davidson, Mr A. R. Davidson, sons; Mr H. When, son-in-law, Mr Whitfield, son-in law...'[1]
