George Alfred Neale (c1867-1916)

GEORGE ALFRED NEALE died on the 20th March, 1916, at the age of 49 years.

He was the son of the late John Neale, telegraph engineer to the North Staffordshire Railway. He obtained an appointment with the Hull and Barnsley Railway Company about 20 years ago, and remained in the service of that Railway as signal and telegraph superintendent until his death.

He was elected a Member of the Institution in 1901.
