1965 J. B. Garnham and Sons continued to trade for many years after the deaths of the original family members until it was purchased in 1965

1967 Wolverhampton Metals was taken over by Imperial Metal Industries.

1967 Wolverhampton Metal (Holding) Co acquired the company[1] from Strauss Holdings.

1969 Lead and Alloys acquired Garnham, Harris and Elton (Overseas)) which was renamed Landa Metals (Overseas)[2]
