• Smith's Stamping Works (Coventry) Ltd.;
• Smith-Clayton Forge, Lincoln;
• Ambrose-Shardlow and Co Ltd., Sheffield.

1967 By the end of the year, this sub-group had been split into GKN Forgings and GKN Castings
