1897 Dissolution of the Partnership between Edward Wathen Fyffe, Richard Ridpath Blandy, John Milberne Leacock, Edward Cecil Barker and James John Hudson carrying on business as Fruit and. Vegetable Growers, Buyers, Importers and Sellers at 9 Bow-street,London and elsewhere under the styles or firms of Fyffe Hudson and Co.', Blandy Barker and Co., Teneriffe Fruit Co.; the Madeira Fruit Co., by mutual consent as and from the 30th day of June 1897. The business of Fyffe Hudson and Co., will be carried on in future under the style of Fyffe Hudson and Company, Limited. Richard Ridpath Blandy, John Milberne Leacock, Edward Cecil Barker and Henry Wolfson will be the first Directors. All debts due to or owing by the said firms will be received and paid by Fyffe Hudson and Company Limited[1]

1901 Elders and Fyffes took over the business and brought in bananas from the West Indies

1901 The company was in liquidation[2]
