1902 April. 'At Yarmouth a case of some importance to riders of motor-bicycles was decided. Fred Flanders, a motor-cycle manufacturer, was summoned for furious riding, and it was stated that he had a trailer car attached to his machine...'[1]

1911 Living at 11 Regent Road, Gt Yarmouth: Fred Flanders (age 42 born Wilburton, Camb), Cycle and Motor Agent - Employer. With his wife Agnes Flanders (age 41 born Huntingdon). One servant.[2]
