1937 Died. 'The death occurred on the 13th inst. of Mr. Frank William Robson, of Ashbourne House. Rusthall, at the age of 67. He and his family came from London 1917 and have resided at Ashbourne House since September, 1918. The deceased was managing director of Messrs William and Thomas Robson. Ltd., a well-known City firm of coach builders, established well over 100 years. He was a deacon for some time Mount Pleasant Congregational Church and always had its welfare at heart. His many activities were centred London. He was Past Master of the Worshipful Company of Wheelwrights and on vacating the chair installed Sir Kingsley Wood to that office. He was a Past President of the British Institute of Carriage Builders and a member of the Committee of the National Federation of Vehicle Trades, being also Iron, treasurer.'[1]
