We record with regret the death of Mr. Frank Croft, which occurred on October 28th at his home, Brocka, Grange-over-Sands, at the age of seventy-four.

Mr. Croft was the eldest son of the late Mr. Frederick Lister Croft, the founder of Crofts (Engineers), Ltd., Bradford, where he had worked all his life until he retired in 1936.

After his father's death in 1920, be became chairman and joint managing director of the firm, which position he retained until he retired in 1936 for health reasons.
