1851 Living at 91 Great Russell Street, London (age 38 born St. Marylebone), a Perfumer employing one man. With his wife Mary (age 31 born Bath) and their children Mary (age 7 born St. Marylebone), Andrew (age 5 born St. Marylebone) and Kate (age 2 born Bloomsbury). Three servants. [1]

1861 Living at 91 Great Russell Street, London (age 48 born St. James, Westminster), a Perfumer employing one man and one boy. With his wife Mary (age 40 born Bath) and his children Mary F. (age 17 born Marylebone), Andrew (age 15 born Marylebone) and Bertha (age 6 born Bloomsbury). Two servants. [2]

1867 October 31st. Death of Mary Ann the wife of Francis Pears of Lanadron House, Isleworth. [3]

1869 August 5th Francis Pears of Lanadron House, Isleworth, married Mary Ann the daughter of Edward Hollingham of Spring Grove, Isleworth. [4]

1875 June. Died age 62. Of Lanadron House, Isleworth and of Great Russell Street, Bloomsbury. [5]
