Partnership of Henry Hawes Fox, Junior and James Barrett[1] formed to exploit Dr. Henry Hawes Fox's patent system of fire-proof flooring or roofing.

1851 December: Dissolution of the Partnership between Henry Hawes Fox and James Barrett, as Architects and Engineers, carrying on business at No. 46, Leicester-square, in the county of Middlesex, and at No. 12, York-buildings, Adelphi, in the same county. James Barrett would carry on the business.[2]
