1928 Name of the US Parent was changed to Foster Wheeler Corporation - the British subsidiary was Foster Wheeler Ltd

1931 Harry Fothergill, the well-known London engineer, who is managing director of Foster Wheeler. Ltd., has been elected vice-president of the Foster Wheeler Corporation, the international oil refining plant constructors and steam engineers.[2]
