Products include steam raising plant, chemical plant, steam rolling mill equipment, mixing machinery, injection moulding machines and hydraulic presses for veneer and plywood, synthetic boards, compression and transfer moulding, palletting, drawing, forging and metal extrusion. 500 employees.[1]
1957 Acquired by Hick, Hargreaves and Co.[2]
By 1969 was owned by Electrical and Industrial Securities[3]
