1916 Forest Shipping Company Limited was incorporated as a private limited company, with a capital of £2,000, to carry on the business of shipowners, ship and insurance brokers, managers of shipping property, freight contractors, merchants, carriers, warehousemen, wharfingers, barge owners, lightermen, and forwarding agents.[1]

1919 The company went into voluntary liquidation.[2]

1923 A new company of the same name was incorporated.[3]

1926 The company went into liquidation.[4]
