Fenton, Craven and Co

1846 Shepherd and Todd were taken over by James Fenton, Acting Engineer of the Leeds and Thirsk Railway, to become Fenton, Craven and Co.
1846 The company was bought by James Fenton and, for a while, was Fenton, Craven and Co. By the end of the year, the partnership with Craven had ended and Fenton continued on his own.
c.1847 Edward Brown Wilson returned to Fenton, Craven and Co and it became E. B. Wilson and Co.
